Catching Up...Jessi

The end of the year is full of exciting activities! Jessi had a music concert at school! It was great! They sang songs...
Played songs on the xylophones...

Did rhythms with the rhythm sticks...

and she sang a solo for one of the songs! She even had to try out...she got the golden paper that said "You're going to Hollywood!" The song was called Small Part of the World. She signed it while she sang! It was really cute!

Afterwards, we got to go to her classroom for a reader's theater. Jessica has ALOT of expression when she reads and everyone kept telling her that she did a fantastic job! She has loved school, loved her teacher, Mrs. Walz, and is looking forward to summer!

How fun! She is such a cutie! Too bad we missed her program! Let us know when the next one is, and we'll try to make it! ;)

Gosh, Jessi, I sure wish Grandpa and I could have seen your program. It sounds like it was super neat and that you did such a great job! You will have to sing your song for us when you come out to visit. Are you out of school yet? We got out of school on May 22nd. I am also looking forward to summer! Love you lots and miss you!
